Why is it so difficult to get info

I have a silver value bundle with monthly service fee of R79. At the end of Jan Absa deducts R89 for banking fees and R19 for credit card, reimbursing me R15. I phone my branch (mayville pta) and nobody can give me an answer on whether the banking fees were increased or not. But when I page through the huisgenoot magazine, I see the Gold value bundle fees were decreased, but no mention on silver. I would PLEASE like to know if the banking charges on silver increased and i would PLEASE like to know if the reimbursement of R 15 on the R19 credit card fee is correct?!?
