My account was debited twice last month I went to the branch and I called them they promised me my money back in 48 hours.from the first of june til today how many 48 hours have passed.i phoned again last week and spoke to syabonga as per reference number 608791 he promised 48 hour again .today is th 10 of june I have not yet got my money.problem today I was suppose to go to work I ddnt because I don't have money for petrol.what if I get fired
