Refuse to provide contact details to settle accoun

I have been trying for more than 2 years to get contact details for a manager in the debt counselling department at FNB. The call centre treat me like an (I am a qualified professional) and refuse to speak to me. All I want to do is to get my statements and discuss a settlement proposal to FNB and they absolutely refuse to assist me. I am living overseas and cannot call the call centre on the normal help line - 086 numbers can only be dialled within South Africa.

PLEASE GIVE ME THE EMAIL ADDRESS and telephone number OF A SENIOR MANAGER IN THE DEBT COUNSELLING (OR LEGAL DEPARTMENT) so that I can once and for all solve the problem.

How can you make a proposal to FNB if I cannot speak to them or even get an email address from a senior bank official? I need an email address of someone that can make decisions.
