Incomplete Assesment

I had to keep on telling the Miway agent that handled my claim that the assesor did not do a complete assesment on the car. I have told the miway agent that the front bumper was damaged underneath when the car was towed onto the truck, but this was not included in the assesment nor fixed. Also the assesor did not include that the owners manual and service book were from the car, and up to now it has not been replaced which I only realised when I wanted to service my car.
