I received a registered mail, dated the 24th of May 2013, and could only collect the post on 08/06/2013. My concern is that it is stipulated in your letter that I have 10 days to make an arrangement, but my concern is that it has lapsed before i could even collect the letter from the post office.
My second concern is that I have previously signed an AOD, and gave you my new banking details and agreed on an amount of R600 per month, this only happened for a few months and all of a sudden a normal debit order of R900 odds rands was enforced. The debit orders came back unpaid obviously because of my other financial commitment.
thirdly, I have been trying to contact a number on a letter provided, 0112345784, this was today @ 11h05am. and it went unanswered.
A default judgement has been taken against my name, this happened in a magistrate Court in Inanda, I have never reside nor worked in that area, can i maybe understand as to why did that happen.
