No E-mail Service, No Pin

I am trying to view my Pin on my card and need to have a One Time Password sent to my e-mail address. Here comes the issue, so simple to resove, yet impossible for Discovery:

Their e-mail servers are unable to send e-mails - so it does not send. You cannot change it to come to your cellphone online. The call centre cannot help you with your Pin after a security check. So no Pin for me. Ridiculous, I mean in this day and age it is actually laughable that a big corporate can have such useless service. Thanks for nothing.
