Wesbank added their own insurance to my instalment, even though my vehicle is, and always was comprehensivley insured. I called last week to have this R300 odd deduction reversed. To date it has not been done. Your 0861 288 272 DOES NOT WORK. It either gives an engaged tone, or when I select option 1, as client and then 3 to speak to a consultant, it just cuts the call. Constantly. Fix it, and give me my money back! Reference number for last weeks call SGM06815T. I want to be contacted today with the status of my refund!
