I joined i wyze last year october thinking they are a good insurance company, but they keep inconviniencing me, I get paid on the 20th, with us unlike the other companies if the pay day falls on a weekend or a holiday i dont get paid a day before, its always the 20 th even if it falls on a sunday. i did discuss this with i wayze last year. They debited my account yesterday 18/01/2013 which is not the day we agreed on, I never had this problem with my previous insurance company and it realy messes up my account. I honestly regret ever joining i wayze. It seems the only solutions to this is to cancel this policy. My understanding is that if the debit order date falls on a weekend the debit goes off the following working day.
