Ankard not refunded because i have pin???

Im really sick and tired of FNB! if i could i would i have take all my stuff to another bank! The attitude really stinks!!! On 21March 2013 my bankcard was from my purse. I can just think of somebody who stood at the back of me in fruit and veg that saw the pin that i was putting in at fruit and veg. At 15h30 i received a sms to say trensaction declinded because of invalid pin. 10min later R2000 was sucsesfully withdrawn out of my accout. Strange that at that time i was at my house. I immiateatly phone fnb cards department to stop my card.now the new story is the would not refund my because im the only one that knew my pin. Absulute rubbish!!!
Im going to take this matter to the news papers. Because it is absurt to say te less. It seams if they use any excuse not to help the customers? Wait and see what will happen?? Ive already appointed a laywer. I will not leave this case unattended!!!
