Good day, I recently asked the get a call back on quote from outsurance. Halfway in the call your quote was already more than what I'm paying now. So I said no thanks. Wasn't I suppose to get R400 from you guys. Not once did they asked me or say anything. Few days later I got another call so I told the operator no thanks your more than my current company. So I asked about by R400 and he just kept quite and said good bye. How can you advertise some thing and not stick to it, or is there some hidden T&C's I don't know off.
