No response as promised more than 7 days later!

I was contacted last Monday by a call centre agent who discussed a personal loan option with me. I am still waiting for a response after divulging all my personal information to this agent. I even called after them and left a message to be contacted back and absolutely nothing. This is horrific customer service!

Can someone please call me and tell me what is going on.
