I am having issues with Investec, see post made by me last Friday regarding their Questionable and Unethical conduct. I now ask for the details of the Complaints department / someone other than the private banker and her "team leader" who I can deal with, who can be objective on the matter at hand.
Olivia Lawrence outright refused to give me the details (email / phone number) of the Complaints department / someone I can contact in order to complain, in order to receive an OBJECTIVE response.
I believe Investec, and Olivia in particular, do not take their/her clients seriously, and I believe this is her attempt to cover herself!
Shocking for a bank which is trying to keep professional clients to have utterly unprofessional staff!
