I keep getting messages and phone calls for a loan account that has prescribed. This account was last paid in 2009 and I didnt hear anything about it for over 3 years. I do not owe Direct Axis anything. According to the Prescription Act, they have to close that account and remove my name from their books. Tell your debt collectors (Vericred) to stop harrasing me with sms's and calls because I'm not going to pay a cent for a prescribed debt.
