This week I logged on to NEDBANK's online site to get my three months statement. After filling up the forms within an hour I got a reply notifying me they can only supply my statement through fax. I then sent in my fax no. But since then I've been waiting. Tried to follow up through emails, but I'm being ignored. My gripe is what the on earth does a bank as big as they are have or should I say advertise that we as their "valued" customers must opt for online if they are just gonna pretend or inefficiently handle our request. THIS BANK . They charging me for SMS notifications that I get days after my transactions. I don't know why Im still with them.
