It has now been two months since oneplan was supposed to pay me back money that they wrongfully added to my premium for a dental upgrade that no longer existed. It was supposed to be paid on the 1st of May and it is now 07 June and I still have not received anything from them. Whenever I phone them this consultant is always unavailable and no one else wants to help me because Thando was assigned to my case. She does not reply to my emails and does not return my phone calls. This is the worst service I have ever received from anyone. I would like this to be sorted out ASAP please- I do not know what else i can do to try to get a response from these people.
