I purchased prepaid electricity from an fnb atm they took the cas but returned an blank voucher.
On the monday I emailed their info centre getting an reply of an case logged. Tuesday another reply please contact the call centre if I wanted to call I would call. I sent the same mail with the response to them . after an week I recieved an email from an service consultant asking again exactly what I said in the mail and still no money or elecricity or reply. Great bank as long as they have your money you dont matte
