I am really annoyed, I call your call centre to increase my credit limit, make a purchase at CNA all is well until I tey to with draw money twice and it declains (insuficint funds). Call your Client services department and I am given the number for your authorization department. They reffer me back to CS, the lady tells me that from what she sees I have funds and she cannt say why I cannt with draw. She then transfers me to the credit part department and guess what they closed. Oh and mind you this is all on my air time. I really fail to understand why I cannot withdraw I mean I have withdrawn before and it was never a problem. Can you imagine how annoying it is to withdraw knowing you have money and the stupid account declines. I need this sorted out soonest
