I was involved in an accident and the 3rd party did not claim from my insurance but repaired his vehicle and i was issued with a letter of demand from the driver requesting that pay for his vehicle repairs, i advised my insurance of these and was requested to email the letter of demand and their legal department will handle this and i will be contacted within 48 hours, the first email i sent was dated 2/5/2013 another dated the 24/05/2013, 25/05/203/ and again on the 30th of May, i have made calls to follow up, spoken to Ntombi, Enes, Thabiso, how many more calls should i actually make to have this sorted???
