Good day

I had a policy with this people for two years and cancelled it today, they don't mind deducting money from your account then you don't receive any documentation as promised. They were all to friendly and eager to help today when I phoned but when i told them I want to cancel because I never use the policy and I have been paying for longer than 2 years they tried to convince me not to cancel when she obviously noticed that she wont get me down SHE WAS SO ROOD she did not want to give me a Ref number or send me confirmation of cancellation. I feel I was good enough wile they were taking my money.
