Pathetic service delivery

I called in on the 26/02/2013 to cancel my policy and three times thereafter to follow up on my cancellation. I was promised that I will receive documentation to that effect however; up until to date I am still waiting for my policy to be confirmed in writing that it has been cancelled.
Almost two months later my account is debited despite all the follow ups I've made for this policy to be cancelled. I called in on the 22/04/2013 and had been put on hold for at least 30minutes. I was then asked to send proof that the debit went off my account to [Email Removed] and was ensured that my account will be corrected that day. Up until now you are still sitting with my money.
It is evident that your employees are being paid to do nothing.
I demand that you refund me TODAY together with the interest for the number of days that you were in possession of money that was taken from my account without my permission.
