So the plumbers came on the 24/05/2013 and fixed the leak.
Standard Bank was suppose to appoint the guys to come and assess and repair damages due to the leak
I called and got escalated to complaints since they dealing with this but since today I am unable to get hold of anyone
Come on guys sort this out it is the 06/06/2013 which is almost 2weeks later
I want a written response why this is taking so long
I will never recommend standard bank insurance
