I hereby requesting assistant regarding the query that I am forwarding to you. On the 27 May 2013 I submitted my death claim at B3 Head Office in Benoni and till today I have not being paid. I submitting my document to the lady by the name of Emma and the claim was process by Letitia whom she told me that the finance is arranging the payment and that was on the 30th May 2013.Always I have to call B3 asking the office about the progress they dont even bother themself to call the client and update me. Today on 06 May 2013 I called Letitia to ask about the payment she told me that they are still investigating if the policy owner is fathering the child, I dont know if B3 think that we submit the claim if the child is not father by Mr. Patrick Motlhatlhedi I dont really understand why dont they call us if the is anything that they are not happy with or if they need extra information. We submitted all the document even the Biological mother Id copy which we even went to the Police Station to make the affidavit. Thier vission they always say bring service to people and they dont. This claim took them two weeks to be paid not for what I dont even get explanation.
