I went to cancell my mother off my policy after her death before she could finish her waiting period at avbob, they then called me and told me that in order for them to cancell her off the policy i must get a cash claim, i then handed in all the requested documents and after a day or two i received an sms saying my claim was being assessed, i waited and after 3 weeks i did a follow up and called the head offices, and they told me to wait on the financial department, i waited again and still no communication, i called the head office again and they told me that my claim has been rejected... wat i wud like to know is that why did they tell me there was cash claim at the first place, and where did all the money gone to... they dont communicata and they just dont care all they do is to just take money but the service is poor... please help me understand the matter coz its so painful, they play with peoples emotions... im so upset about this really
