Een charged R123 for nothing

I went to the Boulders branch to get a bank cheque. it took 75 minutes to issue one. as the result I couldn t use the check and I asked them to cancel it. it took them another 40 minutes. up to know I don t know what they did. all I know is their incompetency cost me R123 and also I missed an Auction.
