Failure to communicate

On 12/04/2013 I sent in a claim form and requested a notice of receipt which has not been forthcoming to date, so I have no idea what's happening to my claims. I have phoned their contact centre (and as I only have a cell phone) I waited for 20 minutes with no success, this call alone cost me R 50 I have emailed them four times now and still no result. I left a call back message 3 days ago, but no one has contacted me yet. I have now 2 claims submitted to the value of -R3600. THEY USED TO SETTLE CLAIMS WITHIN A WEEK IN THE PAST. The policy is for Hospital stays. contract no. 00995/00000003
