I am moving my accounts due to a bad attitude

I am extremely unhappy about the service that i got today from ABSA, Isando, which is among many. I had came in to release funds from an account that i have. i was assisted by Marion Coates, who is a teller at the Client Servies desk. whilst she was still busy with my request, she got called in by Israel Rabele, whom i believe is the bank manager. she was gone for 20 minutes. upon her return, Israel called her again, ignoring completely the fact that i also need assistance and had to go back to work. i told the both of them that i am not happy with their conduct and that he needs to allow Marion to finish up with a customer, then she will attend to him. he said he doesnt have time to do that. i indicated to him that i will be lodging a complaint, and he blatantly asked me: "do you think you scare me? ". they both left and came back after another 1/2hr. Other tellers told me that they are unfortunately going on lunch, and that i needed to wait.
On a seperate incident, i had come through to Israel for an application for my home loan. i arraived at the bank at 12:45, only to be told by him that "sorry, im going on lunch, please come back later". is this the type of people Absa employs?
