I got an sms saying I have a credit card waiting for me. I don't know why but you sent it to a post office that is unnecessary far for me and I'm not prepared to go far because someone was too lazy to phone me and ask me which post office is most convenient for me, this already seems unprofessional and spiteful.

I've made so many calls already trying to organise this to go to another post office and I've left 2 messages with absa brackenfell for someone to phone me back but clearly no one is interested as you chose not to phone me back after you promised you would.

The sms sais CCI/353/F74/00619.Autho.no 0812AVOS5251112. Disp. No F74/2012-220. I hope this information finds you well.

Please send this credit card to tygervalley post office. I feel I've put in enough effort in vain from my side which all could've been avoided if the sending person was not so lazy and had phoned me before the card was sent or if someone actually did their job and phoned me back (p.s. I think your brackenfell branch might be under staffed because it's very difficult to get hold of anyone there).
