I sent an email almost two weeks ago, asking why I was not asked if I would like to renew my diners card or not. I then got a response where the person asked for my ID number. I have not received a response since.

I can't believe it takes two weeks to come back to me to tell me the excuse for not asking me if I would like to renew my card. Contact me by email
