FEEDBACK CONCERNING PROGRESS PAYMENT

I had a retention of R275000 on my bond for renovations which I completed and submitted all documentation as required by the bank which included occupancy certificate amongst others and requested final payment so that I can pay contractors and the only message I got from the bank THROUGH SMS was R15000 will be retained for minor paintings and nothing was mentioned about the more than R50000 balance. I did follow-up with the call centre and every time I call they give me only promises which are never attended to and I 'm not even given opportunity to speaks to supervisor or someone responsible for this case.
