Unacceptable Service

Opened new Business Acc with FNB at end of Jan 2013 as well as Personal Account with Salary Switch opened employee account. The service was at points disgusting pertaining to the finalisation of the mentioned via the call centre. Non communications seems to be at the order of the day. Enquire today regarding IPad promotion as advertised. I get placed on hold for 10 min ph cuts off automatically. Sent mail to FNB on 30 May and received a response that they will be in touch within 48hrs. I called today as this has been a very lenghty 48 hrs. After being cut off I have to call back again. Oh no the special is only valid from May and you opened account in Jan/Feb! Is this so advertised on radio? One would think that as a new client and poor service received thus far one will be compensated or met halfway. Its not for free it is just on a good monthly installment if an FNBClient. 3 new accounts and in process of doing 4th T/A and this is the service. I am disgusted and dissapointed. Was this a bad decision to move to FNB.? I want to register for e-bucks - forebid!!!
