Pathetic service and fabrication information

I called the call centre and spoke to Maureen and she told me that the insurance will pay me R26 000 something for me to be able to take the car to my own repair centre. Because outsurance says the value of the damage is R1900 and the car worth R38000.
To my surprise I got an email from My advisor Kavita and I got the amount of R15000 something that she says that's the only money I will get from outsurance if I want to repair the car myself. To my surprise both consultant are using the same system where there does two different amounts comes from. Outsurance is ripping me off with day light. The advisor Kavita does not even contact me or reply to my emails I have to call her all the times to check the progress of the car or quotation.
