Leaving me Penniless Part 2

My previous post "Leaving me Penniless" refers where ABSA responded saying the matter will be investigated. Apparently their investigation entails not contacting me regarding this and simply referring to communications between legal and myself. My emails now go unanswered as they deem the matter closed. But it has still not been resolved, fact remains that ABSA took over R3000 from my account and dont seem to care that i cannot pay any bills (child support/car installments etc) and they seem completely unwilling to assist me or compromise.
