Leaving me penniless

I have an outstanding C/C bill with absa that was handed to attorneys. Y have been in contact with me asking for payment on a regular basis but when I asked for a statement of the debt I never receive anything. Each time they phone me I canno talk as I work in a call centre and ask them to phone back at a particular time to discuss the account but they Don't phone then.

absa have deducted over R3000 from my account to settle my credit card and leaving me unable to pay my child support, car installment or any other bill actually. And they are unwilling to assist me in any way whatsoever despite numerous phone calls.

And thanks for the absolute lack of customer care!
