Billing in my daughter's account

I have picked up that my daughter's account (3 years old) has been debited every month for more than 6 months now. I followed it up wit Comit Techologies and they have

The following companies under Comit Technologies are the child's account:

Techsured (REF#: EM-3326790-2)
Onebox (REF#: EM-3326790-3)
MILC (REF#: EM-3326790-4)

When I called they told me about a person I do not even know by the name of Juliet Bokaba owning that account. Whenever the account balance was zero (0) the bank would charge R115 for each and every one of these debit orders and I didn't notice it, till I found a balance of R 488.00 when there was money for my kid.

I phoned the above companies under Comit Technologies and have not been getting joy.
