Momentum: No Response and not Meeting Promises

I am A Financial Advisor at a well known bank. For many years now, Momentum offers a Savings Plan to our bank's customers as a special product. One of the "great features" of the product is that there is a guaranteed amount related to the premiums paid, plus interest at any given date till maturity. This is where the problem begins. My office is trying to surrender a mutual client's Savings Plan since 29/10/2013! No feedback were given. When we do a follow-up, they require more and more and more "outstanding" requirements/documentation. Then, when all their demands were met, the promises started. They promised to have the surrender amount paid in since 29/11/2013... then 2/12/2013... today the promise for the money is 10/12/2013 (spokes person:- Magadi). The client expect prompt service from me and the bank. He does not believe us anymore and reported me and my office to Management as "shocking poor service". As an individual, I am glad that I don't have any policies with Momentum. They can't keep their promises... nobody takes responsibility However, the local Momentum office provides us with excellent service, but their back-up is passing the Buck. Client Mr Parkin.
