Yesterday I just had enough of poor service from my existing insurance company. I went onto the outsurance website, started filling in my details and then stopped as I didn't have all the info at hand. I closed the webpage - and to my absolute surprise my phone rang 5 minutes later - Dawie Straus from Outsurance!! Besides the fact that I am saving on my new policy, it was the patience, friendliness and thoroughness that impressed me the most. Within seconds of concluding our call confirmation emails came in from outsurance - unlike my current insurance company that after 18 months still haven't managed to get my postal address right...
At the end of one call, I knew the amount of my new premium, the inspection centre I have to go to and my rights in terms of cancellations and future claims.
