I am a Namibian and receives a monthly pension from Transnet. This pension was previously administrated my Metropolitan. This year it was bluntly stopped. After several enquiries I was informed that Momentum admiinistrates this pension.
At last on Friday, 26 April I get a telephone number. I contacted Momentum and a Gertdine was assisting me. She gave me and e-mail adres and I've mail the nessassasry documents. Every time when I do enquiries a different person answer, and the previous one is always not available. They even told me that the one was just helping for that day.
I am sick and tired of this type of service. It cost me a lot of money to phone from Namibia, just to be taken for a fool. No correspondence was sent to me. At the end of the day an certain Agnes told my husband that they don't work with e-mails.
My husband fax the documents today, 30 April and on enquiry he was told that they will only see on Thursday 2nd May if the fax was received.
