Sanlam sent me letters on a monthly basis to apply for loans for R36 000.00 to R50 000.00, but when I eventually applied after about three letters, my application have been declined, I received a pre- appoved letter of R7000.00 with an installment of R811.00, they give their customers high hopes and make empty promises, I am disgutted that after my 4th call to Cape Town wasting my airtime just to here that my application have been declined (Sies Sanlam I think you need to go back to the Insurance Business only)
