No Client Service

I have applied for a disability cliam through Glenda Werth at Sanlam on 09 January 2013. I was provided with forms to complete which I sent back and thereafter I heard nothing from Sanlam.

On 16 January 2013 I followed up on my sent documentation and application and to this date nothing is being said to me. Does this mean Sanlam does not care of my situation or are they waiting to hear that I died and then respond to my request.

Can someone please act upon my application.
