I opened my FNB platinum accounts telephonically on 2 November and ordered my iPad on the same day. After numerous calls from MY side (I honestly don't have the time to detail all my calls and interactions) I have received nothing but poor excuses and have had no concrete feedback as to when the device can be expected. It has been 11 weeks. Had I known that the lead time would be indefinite I definitely would not have gone this route.
Absolutely terrible!
