On Saturday the 5th October 2013 my car was involved in an accident and my Claims Specialist referred me to Telesure Assessment Center in Winchester Hills. When I got to the center on Tuesday the 8th, Dann Daniels introduced himself as my assessor and explained to me the procedure and how long it would take. He then offered me coffee and a place to sit and relax while he did his work. He had a great attitude and made my experience a pleasure at the center. Even though Dann estimated my stay to be about 30min, he was done in 10min and he did his work efficiently. The whole team there had a welcoming and friendly attitude to anyone coming into their premise. If your job was a service that would wish one to come again I would have said I will see you again but who would wish to have another accident so that they can have the experience I had with you all. Big ups to you all and keep the good work up.
