IN JUNE 2013 A REQUEST WAS MADE TO CHANGE MY BANKING DETAILS, THIS WAS SUPPOSE TO BE A SMOOTH PROCESS, BUT NO FOR DISCOVERY INVEST IT BECAME ROCKET SCIENCE, FOLLOWING COMMUNICATION WITH THEM ON THEIR FAILURE TO COLLECT PREMIUMS AND AS I HAD SUGGESTED FORCE DEBIT TWO PREMIUMS, DISCOVERY STILL DIDN'T DEBIT MY ACCOUNT A MONTH AFTER THAT I CALLED SEEING THERE WAS YET NO DEBIT FROM THEM ASK THE SAME FROM THEM THEY TOLD ME MY ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED AND THEY COULDN'T DEBIT AND THAT I WAS SUBSEQUENTLY CHANGED INTO A CASH PAYING CONTRIBUTOR, IT IS ONLY IN SEPTEMBER THAT FIKILE TOLD ME ABOUT THIS MIGRATION. AND EVEN THEN SHE DIDN'T IMPLY THAT MY CONTRIBUTIONS SHOULD THEN FOLLOW THAT ROUTE. AFTER THAT CALL I WAS TOLD BY RENDANI THAT I WILL HAVE TO PAY PLUS MINUS 2000 TO GET MY POLICY REINSTATED. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AS I HAVE TRIED ANYTHING POSSIBLE TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER AND DISCOVERY'S FAILURE TO RESOLVE THIS LEAVES ME WITH NO CHOICE BUT TO SEEK THIS PLATFORMS INTERVENTION.
PS: ITS SUPRISING THAT DISCOVERY INVEST CLAIMS MY ACCOUNT IS CLOSED WHEN DISCOVERY LIFE DOESNT MISS A DEBIT.
