Bank not doing as per my request

I opened a credit card at standard bank greenston and upgraded my student account to a Elite current account. Ialso have an access account of which I had stop orders in, I requested Claire to move my stop order to my current account and she didnt as I noticed month end when I received charges for not having funds in my access account. I went into the Daveton Branch last week and a lady who helped me, I requested her tomove it to my current account, I got charged for them moving me and once again I got charged for the debit order not going through. I requested that they close my account, but that was still not done.
