This particular branch moved on the 1st of May. Nobody was available at the new premises for a week and they could not be contacted by telephone. Yesterday (Monday 3 June) I visited this branch to pay the monthly premium on one of the policies I have with them. The woman in charge could not give me change for R20.00 and she could not give me a receipt. She said I must come back another day and that I was the second person that she turned away that day! Then she carried on about how she wasn't even supposed to be there.
If they can't handle a simple payment, I shudder to think how they will handle funeral arrangements.
