Home LOan Insurance nightmare

My husband requested on 25 July 2011 on 14:22, that our home loan insurance should include the temporary and permanent disability cover.

This was done by him and now Standard Bank said that they did not receive the request. If this request was done telephonically surely SBSA should still have the tapes of the conversation. What about a hard copy that was faxed, was the file properly checked for this kind of request. Was the call centre's agent computer checked???

The call centre agent that worked on the case is unfortunately no longer working for SBSA. Luzuko Mphohla
I refuse to accept that we as a client requested this change to be done and now SBSA is quickly to just turn a blind eye. It is extremely important that a copy of this document/call obtain.

Why was this never done? We never received our six monthly statements as well which was rectify by me last month. Wrong address on SBSA database.

THIS INCIDENT HAS ALREADY BEEN REFERRED TO THE INSURANCE OMBUDSMAN.
