On the 30th April I was advised to open an Elite Account at the Maponya.
When I got home I realized some of my details were incorrect.
I went back to the bank on the 4 May 2013 to rectify the aforementioned.
The displayed workings hours are from 7:00-13:00 on Saturdays.
I had to wait for over an hour for the bank to open, while consultants ate fat cakes.
When I finally saw a consultant, he was not helpful (except for informing me about the access acc) then he asked a copy of my ID and said a consultant will be in touch before the end of the day. The consultant did not get in-touch.

A week later I went int the Harrison branch pick up my elite acc card and I was shocked to discover my elite account was closed without my permission. My initial question was whether my details i.e acc number etc had changed? I was informed by 2 people from enquirers that my details were still the same. On my pay day my funds were not reflecting in my acc, I then called the call centre to find out if my elite and access account have the same acc numbers. I was informed that the banking details had changed. Now I CANNOT ACCESS MY SALARY because of the incompetency of the staff members. Incompetence!!
