Poor service and delay in turnaround times

On 2 May 2013 my car was broken into, the quote, case no and all documents were sent to Indiwe Risk the same day. It took the insurer 14 days to approve my quote (turnaround time is supposed to be 48 hours) after numerous follow ups on my part (emails on 2, 6, 9, 20, 28 and 31 May). The delay in approving the assessment meant that my car parts which have to be ordered from Germany were delayed by 2 weeks. I am almost out of the 30 day period ito car hire after numerous follow ups I receive no respnse on the status of my car hire. Indiwe takes no responsibility for the delay and blames the assessor and will not budge for their contribution to the delay which could have been averted. Their follow ups and service delivery is appauling.
