I had recently purchased a hyundia atos for my wife, and for peace of mind i had the vehicle booked in for a cam belt service as much as it was not due for it. The vehicle was booked in and all of a sudden i had to call about three different times to check on the status of my vehicle and what the delay was all about. I was soon told that the head office is closed for stock take and there is a delay. Almost two weeks later the vehicle was ready for collection. Two weeks later for a cam belt service and the customer had to follow up, this is not desired customer service. After usage of the vehicle of about seven months later of 4000 km my vehicle developed a second fault. Again for the second time i had taken the vehicle in and explained my first encounter, this time they had kept me informed but the delay still went on. They would promise you the part delay is three days and my vehicle again was ready in two weeks. I was told the new parts was put in (pick up sensor and some cam plate) and my spark plugs were regapped. Guess what two months after the second repair my vehicle refused to start at this time i was upset because each time it is costing alot of money.
