Good Afternoon,

I was booked in at your Durban offices this morning at 11:00am and went in at 10:30am. I must say that the service even though I was early, was treated excellently by Mr Alan. the security guard at the gate even greeted me by my name, I assume by looking at my number plate. The fact that he greeted with a smile and with my name was great service. I was informed in detail by Mr Alan what the whole process was going to be and reassured me that all will be taken care of. He inspected every detail and made sure to tell me that all aspects of the damage will be repaired.
