Been to Telesure this morning

I was greeted by surname by the guard at the gate, i was politlely directed to park my car

i have never expierenced such good service levels from any assesment centres before

Alan explained to me every little detail with regards to my car he always smiled and was so good to me as a customer

i was then passed over to reception who was Jeanne who also had the same good attitude and gave me excellent service once again

well done to you guys and keep up the good work

its rare that people finally strive to giving a good service
